baby chicks?

Does anyone know where I can buy baby chicks to have as backyard pets?? Also, is it allowed to have chickens as pets?

It doesn't appear to be illegal under Fairfax County ordinances. Could be forbidden under your condo or homeowners' association covenants and restrictions, though.
