speeding tickets issued illegally

pulled over by police officer at Sully Park/Braddock Road interestion at 230p.
told to go to median strip. No conversation just issued a ticket that says I was going 40 in a 25 mpr zone. I asked the officer when was I doing 40mph and he says from the interestion to the median strip. My problem is I was pulled over before the so called violation was committed. Went to traffic court to tell my side of the story to no avail. Paid $152 for something I didn't do. Anyone else have a story?

That's an active school zone if the speed was 25MPH. Bet you were convicted of speeding in a school zone rather than going 45.
