Recycling centers

I was wondering if anyone knows of a recycling center around the Cville area that would have a paper section. I'm looking to get extra coupon inserts, and my neighbors are uncooperative (basically they never used their FFX paper on Wednesdays until I started asking for it). I know we have a weekly recycle pickup, but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I believe you are not allowed to take anything away from a recycling center.

I've done it before, have even had the people working it help-saying it was fine. Always am sure to ask.
