Hello All,
In preperation for the Holiday Season Bodies and minds often need a time to rejuvinate! Michael Harris and myself have successfully run multiple cleanses and have spent years studying as well as witnessing in our own bodies the benefits of cleansing the body and mind through proper eating and meditation especially in preperation for a hectic holiday season that often wreaks havoc on body and mind alike. 15 Dollars a day will give you nutritional information, e-mail contact with nutrition and spiritual experts, and a daily meditation and group meeting to share group experiences and reach out for support.
