We need an underground night club

Centreville is getting boring. I love this town but I think we need to spice it up a little. I say we should open up a night club that is very exclusive, as in you can't get in looking like trash. It should be popular but in an underground kind of way. So only local people come. What do you guys think?

What do you think they are doing at the old Filmdex?. The developers say it will rival anything in D.C.
