Drug dealing in my neighborhood

So I know of the young man. Spencer pak or "Pack" he drives a black and white Honda Civic. I can smell the drugs off of him everythin me he parks in front of my house. this boy need to be caught. Iv tried catching him on camera. Watching him doing hand to hand exchanges with other youth. if anyone else has seen this vehicle report it. Iv tried my best. I need my community's help.

Vehicle: white Honda with black bumpers and side skirts.
Plates: WTX-5558

thank god someone is speaking out about the problems in our neighborhood. I have personally noticed a large amount of suspicious activity on little rocky run. I believe it's all happening at barren springs by the pool house

Eh, .5 actually. You kids seem to only be getting $5 in allowance these days and you and your bestfriend are fiening for your home made water bottle bong rips in the woods after school.
Don't forget the Axe cologne, eye drops, and gum so Mommy and Daddy aren't suspicious. :D

They should be worried about the heroin and opiates in this area and not about anything weed related. Drug overdoses are more of a serious problem than some kids who smoke weed. Go get a life and stop slandering people's name through an anonymous website.

Everyone knows these aren't home owners talking. Every walk of life is doing it, and the "parents" and adults in the neighborhood have smarter connections to better drugs and don't waste their time pointing fingers. They go to work and pay their taxes. The police need to focus on the heroin flooding the area and all the young lives we are losing and locking up in jail
