Bark like a dog!

Has anyone ever successfully dealt with a neighbor that has a dog that barks all day?

I and several of the surrounding neighbors have civilly talked to the owners and informed them that while they're gone their dog barks out of their front window all day long, so loud that we can hear it in our homes. They laugh it off.

I don't think FCPD or the HOA will do anything, but maybe I'm wrong.

P.S. I live on Kerrywood Circle so if you're one of the silent but disturbed neighbors let me know.
