Verizon FIOS deployment - Manor Gate

I got a notice about Verizon doing construction in the area for 2-3 weeks and I got all excited because I am tired of Cox. However, construction seems to have been complete as I no longer see Verizon vans.

Does anyone have any idea on when the service gets deployed after the construction?
