Anyone know of some good spots to go fishing in or around Cville?

Nope, centreville is a shithole for fishing. The only real viable option is the Bull Run creek right around the Manassas/Centreville border on 28. Just be weary, it is dirty as shit, mexicans bathe in it....but personally, one of the times i fished there from the shore, first cast, i landed a huge smallmouth that was too big for my line to hold upon trying to drag it up the cliff...other than the rare bass, it's all blue gill, and maybe some channel catfish if you use some chicken liver...also be warned: there are signs posted all along that stream saying that you SHOULD NOT eat more than two fish from that stream per month because of mercury.
