Opinion: Think carefully b4 u rent here. Increase the Rent Every Year High "because they can." Heavy office staff turnover. Marginal maint. High resident turnover. ........... Visit the Leasing Office and experience the negative Karma and PPS "you owe us" mentality.

I've lived in 5 apartment complexes in centreville and they're all like that.

Post is losing residents in droves. Wants $2,500 for a 2 BR renewal. VS $1775 for a new sign up. Funny ..........

Post Corners is advertising a 2 bedroom / 2 bath for $1,680 now. Next year they'll increase the rent hundreds of dollars, once yer hooked.
