Fairfax County police are looking for the person who improperly touched an 11-year-old Centreville girl at the Centreville Square Shopping Center. The incident occurred last Sunday, July 27, about 3:30 p.m., while she was shopping with friends.
Police say an unknown man walked by them in the parking lot, grabbed the girl’s buttocks and walked away. He’s described as Hispanic, in his 30s, about 5 feet 5 inches and 160 pounds. He wore a red ball cap, a yellow-and-orange Polo-style shirt and blue jeans.

Hmmm... the exact same approach that the day laborer at the Centreville Library used last summer. And people wonder why seeing all these guys loitering around the library and nearby businesses makes people a little uneasy.
