Man Walking Around

Has anyone else seen the african american man who walks around Centreville (by Stone Road) daily in the same clothes everyday? He often talks to himself as well. I am sure he has some sort of mental illness but I just wondered if anyone knew anything about him or was concerned about this?

Is he sort of balding and also has a long beard? I've seen him around. He's always walking around and talking to himself. I see him when I am driving on 29.

Never seen him. But have any of you seen that lady in Fair Oaks Mall, who sits at the entrance and stars at everyone while writing shit down in her diary or something. This was a while ago, since I haven't gone to the mall for a while.

Yep. I've seen him walking (and talking) through the parking lot near the Dunkin' Donuts.

And it is disturbing, because the last time I saw a guy wandering the streets like that was about 8 years ago in Alexandria--and it turned out to be the crazy MFer who randomly stabbed that young boy in his front yard. Saw his mugshot on the news after they caught him and recognized him immediately. :/

Last night 8:45 I saw the guy wandering around that new shopping center in the parking lot near Stone Rd on Rt 29. I hadn't seen him for a while, but it looks like he's back. He does make me feel uneasy. I've even passed up the getting gas at the gas station before when he's been lingering around.

That's actually where I first encountered him--I was getting gas, and heard someone talking nearby... I turned and saw him having a full-on conversation with himself. Couldn't make out what they he was discussing, but it was unnerving to say the least.

I have seen him several times on the cub run trail right off of Route 29 and he often appears to be disheveled. I would be cautious of him as he definately appears to have serious mental health issues.

just saw him on August 2nd in the gas station shop at the intersection of stone and 29. I didn't know he was mental either, just figured he had torn his jeans and shirt while wrestling around in car oil...weird.

I drive on 29 by stone road every single day multiple times a day and that guy is always standing around! I usually drive the same time of day because I'm driving home from Westfield High School. You would think some police would find it weird and approach him since he has been there so long...hmmmmmmmmm...and i thought there were police everywhere in Centreville. I wonder if Dunkin' Donuts has reported anything...obviously not since he hasn't gotten help. I always see him talking to the air. I wonder if he has schizophrenia...The birds are talking to him...or he is just waiting around to see if he wins the lottery because that yellow sign is always sitting there. lol. It's not such a big deal, but a little unnerving.
