Conflict Resolution, Shotgun-Style

On February 7, 1959, 22-year-old tenant farmer Clarence A. "Jack" Johnson was mortally wounded on his Chantilly farm by 36-year-old housewife Martha E. Bowers when she used a shotgun to settle an argument between them.

Johnson was taken by car to the office of local doctor Angel H. Salazar, where he died.
