Parking Ticket Vehicles

Does anyone have a pic of what the parking enforcement vehicles look like that they are sending into neighborhoods now? Where they park them?

These must be the most secret of secret police vehicles. These are not the meter maid cars. The "officers" are told to place the ticket without notifying anyone when they ticket a homeowner for parking at their own home. They are told to enter and leave the area as seruptitiously as possible for fear of being found out and raising a rabble.

Handing out massive numbers of tickets for infractions as mild as "parking within 10 feet of a driveway".
