ANyone remember back in 2002, when Westfield was playing CVille, and it poured rain? I heard somthing about a helicopter being hiered to dry the field or some shit like that. Know anything about this?

They did that recently at Centreville for some "important" inter-league game.

Used the Fairfax County police helicopter.

Sounds like a good thread for the general forum.

It was a kids dad's helicopter that was used to "dry" the stadium, not a police helicopter
