What's happening on Rockpointe Dr?

Anyone know what's going on on Rockpointe Drive? Helecopter overhead for the last 30 minutes, cops and firetrucks halfway down the street and I just saw a cop walking a dog that direction. NOVA burglar, someone get shot? Any ideas?
