I have my clitoral hood pierced. Getting it pierced wasn't nearly as painful as I expected it to be, and I walked out of there just fine and even had sex that night. The first couple of weeks with it, everything felt good all the time and it was kind of exciting, but that wore off pretty quick and now I can't even tell it's there. :/
