I wouldn't say people around here are unpleasant. It's just that everything is spread out and most people tend to mind their own affairs.

I'd say it's a toss-up between Cumberland, Maryland, or Ashland, Virginia or Lynchburg, Virginia.

Sorry to say the DC area is the one of the least friendliest places. It didn't used to be that way..

Clifton , VA. They allow me drive on their roads even though I dont live there. Cant beat that.
