I wouldn't say people around here are unpleasant. It's just that everything is spread out and most people tend to mind their own affairs.

I'd say it's a toss-up between Cumberland, Maryland, or Ashland, Virginia or Lynchburg, Virginia.

Clifton , VA. They allow me drive on their roads even though I dont live there. Cant beat that.
