28 year old driver of the Ferrari deliberately runs over foot of NYC police officer, then fights the arrest.

The cop is giving an Academy Award winning performance for the foot injury, particularly in how he made sure his foot was under the tire. I'm sure that almost began to slightly bend the steel toe in his boot, thus, almost injuring him actually.

That said, the douchebag deserves to go to jail. How just drives off when a cop tells you to stop? And wouldn't the ticket have been a lot easier?

Actually a lot of news articles are saying he parked in the valet zone in front of the hotel. He also was being ticketed for no inspection sticker, no registration decals, and no front plate.

at 00:23 seconds you can clearly see the officer re-place his foot directly in front of the vehicle's tire. it seems as though the officer embellished his injuries a bit due to the fact that he showed no signs of pain during the run over or the arrest. then later on he had a severe limp. the guy in the car did the wrong thing as well and the scenario could have ended up on a better note if both parties were even tempered.

plus owning a Ferrari in new york city is like putting lipstick on a donkey.
