I couldn't turn away from the video... They did a good job of recreating the movie. That one dude looked just like... What's his face?... Shitty Batman...

Can I interest anyone in some nuts?

Always loved this song and the video is great. This was back when Bob Dylan was cool. I think he sorta sucks now.

No. I think McCoy Tyner is fantastic but there's not much jazz past the early 60s I really dig. This kind of vibe is just not my thing.

Heh, interesting. Well I see it's still up.

His voice is absolutely shot in live performance, and has been for well over a decade.

I thought Love & Theft was a great album, but he hasn't done anything approaching that since (a handful of decent songs notwithstanding).

If you're not familiar with it, his book Chronicles is excellent, imo. The first couple of pages via Amazon - an encounter with Jack Dempsey - would tell you whether you'd like it or not. The man still has a weird, amazing talent.

All this non-rock tires me. I'm not one of those "i like all kinds of music" people. I want to hear rock and roll.

So here's some classic early 90s grunge straight out of the Pacific Northwest.

From Mudhoney's "Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge" album,

Mudhoney - "Good Enough"

I actually met Mark Arm after a 9:30 Club show long ago. He seemed like a real stuck-up hipster asshole. I thought that was pretty cool though, because it's exactly what I expected.
