I'm pretty sure the Aurora killer is mentally impaired - possibly schizophrenic. But this guy just looks liked a pissed off loser who knew he was about to get fired and wanted revenge. It's important to make the distinction.

Looking at the arrest/search warrant, it sounds like the only evidence they have that any threats were made is one person's word. If this guy exercises his 5th amendment right and gets one good defense attorney, PG county will look pretty silly.

So the charges are in:

* Misdemeanor - misuse of telephone facilities and equipment

That's it, and about what I figured. Even that charge will probably be plea bargained or nolle prossed in the end.
