As for the original question, that'd be fine so long as you got her to sign a release (your "release" is a different matter) allowing you to use your video for whatever purposes you described--such as commercial purposes.
And here's the bonus: Run it as a businesses (claim it on your Schedule C) and your expenses--the video recorder, the room rental (if a motel), and the "talent fee" are all deductible.
