Ive thought about this before.... setup a webcam and a website and charge $100 per hour to watch. Then pay your whore as a contractor (no need to worry about pesky benefits, taxes and payroll when using contractors)

a lot of porno stars also whore themselves out around the country via various escort sites during their down time. They go on "dancing" tours and offer up a chance to be with them when they roll through town. Costs a pretty penny depending on who the porno star is.

As for the original question, that'd be fine so long as you got her to sign a release (your "release" is a different matter) allowing you to use your video for whatever purposes you described--such as commercial purposes.
And here's the bonus: Run it as a businesses (claim it on your Schedule C) and your expenses--the video recorder, the room rental (if a motel), and the "talent fee" are all deductible.

If someone paid you and the woman to "act" in a porno movie it would be legal - at least in California - since you are not paying to have sex with the woman. Have a friend be the movie "producer" and have him pay the woman instead of you.
