Where can I find this bottle of Scotch in the Mid-Atlantic?

I just read about Bruichladdich Octomore 4.2 Comus which contains 167 ppm phenol which classifies it as having nearly 4 times as much "peaty-ness" as traditional scotch. I checked the VA ABC website but, they don't carry the brand. No luck on EBay either. Thoughts, FU?

Used to work with a few Scotch freaks they said Pearson off Wisconsin Ave in DC can get pretty much anything you want.
