Virginia Needs to Honour Patsy Cline MORE !

She was the best damndest gal singer who ever walked the face of the earth- right here in our OWN BACK YARD . Winchester's own Patsy Cline. It took years to finally put up a little museum in her home town. Yet shes revealed world wide, and folks come to Virginny and not a mention of her anywhere! Not a word where she performed in places like Lorton, Stafford, Purcellville, and all over the Valley too. She made her name in DC with Jimmy Dean.

Folks, we have a MUSIC LEGEND here from Virginia, akin to Elvis.

I agree she is/was a great talent ...but the side show atmosphere associated with the adulation given the likes of Elvis and other dead R&Rers isnt exactly what I'd wish on any community.

P.S. _ I think I saw Patsy and Elvis the other day walking around the DC Maul.
