Hopefully, he'll kill himself before he kills someone else.

He has insurance... It's called your insurance.

The hospital will treat him, he won't pay, the hospital will pass that cost on to your insurance provider. Your insurance rates will go up.

Everybody should be required to buy insurance or get a fine.

I had a state trooper follow me from Arlington to Manashole for about 30 miles. FINALLY pulls me over, comes up to me and says that there was just a high speed chase and my bike(as well as myself) match description. He was extremely polite, said he couldnt read my plate. Ran me in their system. Comes back , apologizes and says that my license plate was off by ONE digit.

He's Canadian, so hospital bills would be a moot point.

They're talking about auto insurance. No license. Hence, he has no insurance.

Devils Ride/you wrote that the hospital will treat him, he won't pay, and the costs will be passed off to "your insurance."

Since Canada has universal health care, there would be no hospital bill for him to pay, and there would be no bill that would be passed off to an auto insurance company.

Try harder next time.

There are still uninsured in Canada with respect to health insurance. There are just much fewer of them than in the United States. We probably have fewer uninsured than people think when we include Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and CHIP.
