It inched its way out slowly, slowly over about 10 minutes. I had to gyrate my buttocks and hips, lift my legs up like on stirups and lean forward and roll back and forth. In the end all 18" of that brown muck was excreted.

I feel much better now.

There is nothing as healthful and satisfying as a complete elimination.

Did you happen to eat anything in particular that you can attribute this wonderful bowel movement to?

I hate it when they come out in spurts.

I'd rather if I had a choice to have them come out long and hard.

Longest one I had was 2 feet long.

I had Ruby Tuesdays frozen buffalo wings and one of those cafe steamer frozen meals for dinner. Not that much food for such a long solid shit.

SOrry, no pics. I have flushed it down, exorcised the demons. It will enter the place where they make your drinking water so you will get to experience my shit soon enough.
