WASHINGTON - A Manassas woman was charged with felony child neglect after police say she left her five young children unsupervised near a pool and one of them nearly drowned. Giovanna Narvaez, 23, left her children - ages 1 through 8 - to sign in a guest at the Westgate community pool on Tuesday. Her 4-year-old daughter was found at the bottom of the pool during the time Narvaez was gone, reports a news release.
A 9-year-old girl who was also at the pool spotted the young child in the water and pulled her to the surface. Initially, the 4 year old was unresponsive, but lifeguards performed CPR and were able to resuscitate her. The victim was flown to a local hospital and and is expected to make a full recovery. Narvaez was charged for leaving the three youngest children.
23 with five kids already and do the math first one at age 15 or possibly depending on date of birth age 14. Let the free stuff roll.

This type of behavour is totally acceptable to the leftists. She is not accountable for her actions. Abort babies, spit them out every year, neglect them or don't neglect them, whatever. It's all good.

Damn...where was the lifeguard?
Christ, back in my day when I was driving KITT and "watching the bay" in Germany, the lifeguards ruled the water. You didn't eat your Baby Ruth in the pool and make everyone think it was a turdlet unless the guards gave you permission first...

So true, some people i hung out with in highschool used to life guard at pools. Occassionlly if someone felt to hung over to work they would pay a kid to crap in the pool so it would have be shut down for cleaning.
