Coworker stated that all things like that must be documented and signed
to be valid to stand up in any court of law.

Ok so someone posts my family shame as public entertainment.
That in itself could/should be a lawsuit defamation of not just my character but abuse of the character I created(I know good luck with that!)

So court or no court or lawsuit or no lawsuit. Don't tread on me!
