Is it illegal to videotape sex in your house if she doesn't know?

So let's say two consenting adults are having sex in the man's house. Is it illegal to setup a hidden camera in his house that happens to catch all the action on film?

I always wondered about this scenario-

My home..

My video..

I consented..

The girl did not..

Recording is for "personal use" and my eyes only, not put on internet, shown to any other parties, used to blackmail/embarress/etc..

Where are the great legal scholars on this ohne?

In the Commonwealth, only ONE person is required to be aware of a recording device being used. If YOU know it is recording, you do not have to notify.

This is in public FYI - for a private residence, it depends on who owns the house.
