The store got slammed on one of the "be a critic" sights for a "crazy person" who answered the phone. I imagine that's the guy with the baseball cap. He has a hearing aid.

Search "Brian Haddock" on this site, and in this thread. He went to the police, and told them I'd asked for him to lend my wife one of his guns.

That was the basis, along with "Concerned Citizen"s (through Brian) posts, for PFC Horton swearing out a DTO. She couldn't get a warrant, but Brian gave her what she needed, and then delivered me to her, thinking that the Police finally understood what was going on.

@Joe-Well, considering it was during the school lockdown, one can only assume they were being overly cautious of the children. If your child attened a school that had just dealt w/2con's threats, would you want the police in and out of his house in 20min? I say hell no! JK, well it certainly looks bad doesn't it? Where is he anyway? As I previously stated, he goes quiet whenever mentioning the Wife and kids. Or he avoids the question. He's been acting this way for awhile now whenever they are the topic.

He spoke about them being out of town (mentioning two different states in his stories I think), getting support from his wife at home, taking his kid places, but still posting online minute after minute 24/7, says his Wife left with the kids, that they are estranged, etc... Too many mixed up details. Now the reclusive behavior.

A Kansas City, Mo., mother is behind bars, accused of keeping her 10-year-old daughter locked in a closet, not letting her come out to eat, sleep or even go to the bathroom.

The girl weighed just 32 pounds, and hospital records indicated that she has only gained 6 pounds since she was 4 or 5 years old, according to a police probable cause statement. The girl also suffers from "multiple healing skin injuries and failure to thrive," the statement said.

"She weighed a little over a third of what a 10-year-old should weigh," Kansas City Police Capt. Steve Young said. "We don't know how long or how frequently she's been in there [the closet], but it's clear she'd spent a significant amount of time in there."

Kansas City police met Missouri Children's Division workers outside the apartment building Friday morning after the division received a hotline call about a girl who was locked up and unable to eat or use the restroom.

When a division worker told two women outside the apartment that three children lived in the apartment, the neighbors said they had never seen the third child even though they'd lived there for "several years."

"We never knew of her the whole three years we've been down here," Kimberly Kelley, another neighbor, told ABC's affiliate in Kansas City, KMBC-TV. "She told us she only had two kids."

Officers learned the mother, Jacole Prince, 29, was out with her two younger children, but maintenance let law enforcement inside, according to the probable cause statement.

The second floor smelled strongly of urine, and when officers noticed a crib pushed against a closet door that was tied off with rope, they asked, "Is anyone in here?"

A child's voice answered, "Yes."

The girl was found standing in the closet, according to the statement. She told officers "the closet was her room," and she couldn't go to breakfast with her mother and sisters because she "messes herself." She also sleeps there, she said.

At the hospital, the child told detectives she had not been let out of the closet for two days, and she does not eat every day. She said her mother gets mad and "punches her on the back" because she "keeps peeing on herself."

She is not allowed to play outside like her sisters, and instead has to play behind the couch, the girl said.

That night, police arrested the girl's mother and her boyfriend. The mother allegedly admitted to locking her child up in part because she knows she would get in trouble if anyone saw how malnourished the girl had become, according to the statement.

Her boyfriend denied knowing the mother ever locked the 10-year-old in a closet.

The point to the above story is that that little girl would still be in there if someone hadn't picked up a phone. I bet that woman is ranting and raving just like Scotty about the person who "call the cops" on her.

I believe she's the one who called her Lieutenant, and that's what led to Mobile Crisis coming out. She would have had to agree to keep him away from weapon and alcohol, most likely take even knives out of the house, andyes, if the computeris what caused them to be call, most likely to keep him offline.

scottie .... this is a perfect example of how delusional you have become .... the only right thing that you did was call attention to what you thought was suspicious behavior at a school event and i for one applaud you for that .... on the other hand all of this conspiracy bull crap and plots and calling people out is prime example of you not being on the right side .... they were coming to get you no matter what .... if your friend intervened he helped the situation by preventing a take down at your house that would not have ended well .... and would you have wanted your children watch you being hand cuffed and taken away in a police car???? or watching their beloved dogs shot???? you are sick and need help .... it is obvious to everyone that is watching this saga unfold that you need help .... but you wont listen to reason only delusional crap from the trolls .... it wont be long before the police come back scottie .... i only hope that no innocent person gets hurt .... and that does not include you .... you are not the innocent party here ....

Face facts. YOU sent an innapropriate picture with rantings to a school principal. That person felt threatened as any normal person would. He is in charge of hundred of students. IF he feels threatened then he has the responsibility to protect the children in his care. There is no one else to blame in any of this except for you. With all the crazy things happening in schools and the rest of the world did you not think you would raise red flags? This is all on you. Every bit of it. Get offline and try to get your life back in order. This has been told to you many times before and you refuse to listen. It's not only your life and career you are damaging, but those of your wife and kids also. Stop being selfish and vengeful and man up. You decided to post your "stuff" on an internet flaming site and facebook and the patch etc. You detail the drugs you've done and the women you've done for everyone including your wife and kids to see. Think about the rational of that. All this was and is you.

Go get some help. Accept that you have made serious mistakes with regards to this whole matter. Then move on with your life. It is really simple if you want to do it. If you really want to just stay mired in the muck of it all it will never go away. Everyone online, the police, and even your friends think you are wrong and out of touch but you refuse to see it. Grab your boots and pull up real hard and take some forward steps away from this mess you have caused. I sincerely hope you get the help you need but to do that you need to admit you have done all of this and done it incorrectly.

This post was well articulated, made lots of good points and full of good advice. But it was a giant waste of time(as have been hundreds of others like it).

And I'm sorry Scott, that's right, you didn't get TDO'd for the 2nd school you threatened, it was because your neighbors called on for for frightening kids at the bus stop by your house.

-side note: the majority of legal matters that involve citizens calling police/local services out of genuine concern protect the identity of the accuser, aka worried party. More often than not you have to go to court to get the name of said accuser and only after proving the call was malicious.

As far as I know, Scott's wife and kids remain in the house with him. Two cars remain in the driveway. The only time I see him is when he's out front of his house, smoking a cigarette and suspiciously looking at everyone who passes by. Though I haven't seen the kids or Cynthia for over a week ... is 2concerned dangerous? Or just crazy? Have noticed parents in the neighborhood sitting outside while their kids play. It never used to be like that. He's got the entire neighborhood freaked. Police say he's not doing anything wrong, so they can't do anything. I see that, but I also see that the entire Ridge View community is nervous about his insane rantings and behavior. How do I proceed? Is there truly nothing we can do?

I used to think that when 2concerned took a break from here that he is sleeping or perhaps doing something in real life. Now that his activity on Facebook has been posted on this thread, I now think that he must be posting to some other web site or conducting research. Perhaps he is "programming" a tool to help him?

When there are extended periods of silence I begin to hope that he has been locked up by the authorities.

Actually, yes. Did you know that as of a couple of hours ago, this site had 52,241 threads?

The "Facebook" activity was much earlier. When they "removed" me, I didn't get a chance to "remove" them.

An anonymous tip says that a dear neighbor was the one who posted those screenshots. Still churning on that.
