5 Gays is fucking DISGUSTING! Nasty, greasy, overpriced bullshit!

Drive straight to a cardiac unit after eating there. Nastiest food I have ever seen

My take on this is as follow and this is not even about the food yet.


The people they hire(mostly latino) look inbred.

The only positive thing about the joint is it is Kosher or almost kosher. Meaning that you can see your food being made instead of some divider hiding your food while its being prepped. Old days it could be easy to spit in your food and smile and hand it to you. This way you know your food appears to be clean.

The business itself looks very clean.

The food you order is not always available. WHen I want an angus burger or something they are for the past 3 months SOLD OUT. WTF! FUDRUCKERS NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE AT ALL!!!!

As for the food itself? yeah super greasy! ewwww may as well call it a FACE PIMPLE FRY JOINT. And whats up with the peanuts? as if that is some hidden gem? THe peanuts they sell sometimes taste good but even though I love peanuts I never eat them rom 5 guys. never know the hands that went in and grabbeb them.
Some guy could have gone jerking off and never washed his hands and gabbed a few or he could have just picked his nose without washing hands or itching a farting ass. So thats why I stopped eating the peanuts at 5 guys. that part of it is NOT kosher at all.

Burgers are no more than ok, still overpriced.
The fries are so disgusting they should be illegal.

I don't care for the fries very much drenched in that yucky peanut oil

i can stand a few but round about the 10th fry i start feeling a tad throw uppy


the hamburgers are just ok imo

we over expanded but fuck am i rich

Couldnt agree more that this is the most overrated place ever.

The burgers are okay and very pricing for just being okay. Definitely way to greasey.

The fries really are the most disgusting under cooked things in the area. Theres nothing good about them they just give you a ton. You have to be high or drunk to really enjoy this place

Five Guys has great fries and Burgers but loaded with fat. You really have to love fat to appreciate five guys.

Considering the not so rave reviews here, I wonder how it is that they've managed to open 1000 storefronts in the US and Canada?

My first experience with Five Guys was probably around 2000... little place on the side of the road in Springfield. Amazing burger. Now? Still better than average. I'm a Burger 7 girl now though. Or occasionally Elevation Burger.

Yeah, not offering bacon is just silly. Though as much as I like bacon, I'm not really a bacon cheeseburger person. Lately I've even been skipping the cheese and bun - I felt like the bun was muting the other tastes and the cheese was overpowered. Lettuce wrap with one patty, sauteed mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers, ketchup, and mayo. I would imagine almost everyone that reads this will disapprove.

I wont because I agree with you. Must be something in the air because in the last couple of years, I've really come to enjoy the flavor of the beef. Beef enhanced with what you listed, not smothered by it.

Reminds me of the burgers my grandmother made for us. No bun. Just 2 slices of generic white bread with a big fried patty of ground hamburger. Not too messy, she fried the shit out of those burgers but the bread soaked up all the grease. Not bad for a straight-off-the-boat sicilian raised in PA Dutch country.

I found some weird type of resin in mine the last time, it was dark and it smelt of oil. I felt queasy when I got home, and then I puked & farted. high-energy farting, it was pretty wicked. needless to say, my wife wasn't too happy with that whole ordeal.
