If anyone sees this man in his colors, stay out of his way. He is very violent, dangerous and will T.C.B to protect himself, his club and family.
He is also known by the FBI, FFX PD, VA STATE PD, FFX GANG SQUAD., and has all information from the Federal Courts.
If anyone catches this man in criminal acts alone or with his current club members of the PMC, contact the FFX PD, CITY OF FFX PD, FFX GANG SQUAD, VA STATE PD.
He needs to be put away behind bars in a State prison for a long, long time. Currently uses Cocaine on a daily basis.

Rusty Conley is at McCreary USP in Kentucky. It is a Maximin security prison. His release date is 6-13-2023. He will probably get transferred to a medium security prison soon as most do who are getting out within a few years. Then he will go to a minimum security prison in 2022 to get him ready for release. I grew up in Kings Park West and went to Robinson and Laurel Ridge elementary school where Rusty went also. He was always an outcast but an ok guy. He grew up in a small house not even in Kings Park West but near Twinbrook strip mall. He was poor and I have no idea who his family was or anything about his mom and dad. He always wore a black leather jacket and a chained wallet. I can see him not ratting anybody out. He was solid in that regard. He should have some of those guys looking after him and make sure he has some money waiting for him when he gets out. Does anyone know what his charges were? I heard something about him being a Pagan Motercycle member and some kind of rico charge.

Been locked up since 1998. Meth charges and marijuana with a firearm. The shit happened around here. His case is on google if you google Rusty Lee Conley. His codefendents didnt get much time. They must have sold him out. He got 25 years and they barely got a few years.
