Arrest Warrant out for Stalker but he’s still free (Virginia)


I have a stalker since late 2018. I know his name, address, DOB, right down to his SSN (he posted it himself publicly online). I have a PPO that expires 04/xx/2023 that he’s violated numerous times. In September I swore out the first warrant for his arrest through the county in which he resides.

He is actively dodging police and has gone as far as parking in the grocery store parking lot behind his home and sneaking in and out of his house.

The police have tried to serve him and arrest him on numerous occasions but he never answers.

What can I legally do to help law enforcement get this creep? (I’m not sure if this is against the rules, so if it is please feel free to delete).

Edit2: Someone confused me for my own stalker somehow and messaged me asking for “my” (his) side of the story. So, I’ll spell it out here, as I did for him:

To get a PPO you have to go to court and prove that your safety and well-being are at risk.

To swear out a warrant for a violation of the PPO you have to go before a magistrate and prove the PPO was violated.

I don’t know what to tell you if you think it’s normal for a stranger to harass you to the point of needing a PPO against them and then for them to perpetually violate it…

How would he have known about this post if he wasn’t monitoring my socials? Food for thought.

Checking in to note that the show, again, is having a nice run. A bunch of good shows in a row.

Frankly, they've resolved most of the fixable elements of the show --- some people may have beefs that aren't fixable.

Show's gotten better now that Mike's off the sauce.

One real complaint: Especially on these two-man shows, Oscar shows more of his manipulative, condescending, and possibly abusive boss vibes.

He's a very weird manager, but to his credit he seems to retain talent.

Gotta save this thread for the benefit.

Where's the reverb?

I call it how I see it: While the Robb situation was scary, and his recovery and return inspiring, some of the weirder and more irritating parts of Mike's and Oscar's personalities have started to emerge over this period.

Vibes are not trending in a good direction. An obvious example is their on-air strong arming Robb back into the studio --- there's no way he would say no to the suggestion on air. May need to take a few weeks or months off again.

Wow --- after a great run Mike is gett5 weird again. Had a bizarre Disney trip complaint show that contained no genuine gripes, then pivoted into picking on Robb for his liver failure.

That Robb resentment vibe had been in the air for weeks. Mike essentially called Robb selfish because Mike thinks he wasn't apologetic enough about the situation. It turns out that Oscar felt that he had to ask Robb to call Mike to genuflect behind the scenes.

Mike called Robb a narcissist over this! Sick stuff! (Did Mike do this to Buzz to?)

Mike was actually angry because he says Robb doesn't appreciate how much Robb's brief illness put Mike through.

Robb was a def MC at VCU. His freestyling ability was incredible.

in chrome go to settings > privacy and security > site settings > images and select "Don't allow sites to show images". Undo it in reverse when you're done and want to start browsing site and forums where normal people participate.
