Just looked at Jarla's Facebook page out of curiosity and looks like Omaha Steaks, Blue Apron and the various mail-order wine companies are the point of the whole podcast. She's religiously posing pictures and meals after each Omaha Steak delivery and various recipes she's preparing. Oh--and she clearly consumes plenty of wine.
Not sure about Oscars' business plan but I see the O'meara family's finances revolve heavily around graft.

I've always refered to Mike by name on these posts, but after hearing the start of today's show, I truly see why he's called LFF here. Oscar sent a text early Sunday morning asking about doing Monday's show, and LFF admits he didn't bother to read it. He then says Facebookers will respond to his post about his mom but won't offer to help plow Robb's sidewalks. Does he honestly not see the hypocrisy there? What a jerk.

Two observations about Monday's punted show...One, Mike by his own admission didn't read Oscar's LATE(Mike started the chain at 7:48 and O didn't respond until 8:30 and Mike tries to make a federal Case out of it) text because he had already decided to punt and Secondly, why couldn't Robb skype Mike in like he does Kankles Katie?

The worst part was he kept trying to defend his position. "The decision had already been made". Thankfully, Oscar called him on that. The only credit I'll give him is that he didn't play the I Was Distracted By My Dying Mother card? I'm guessing if he'd have thought of that he would have played it.

If I had a comment on Oscar's sister it would be positive, but I don't because she hasn't been on the show as far as I know.
Oscar's story about his impulse purchase was disturbing on several levels. It's not unusual for me to have $700 - $1500 cash on hand, not because I'm super-wealthy, wish I was, but because I don't live in an iPhone world like El Spic does. And there are times when cash solves problems.
And yes, Fucky McDrunkerton from the mail-order wine district of Drunk Town saw an opportunity to get aday couple hours off and he fucking pounced on it like a champ. View the result below.

Oscar's story about buying the snow blower for his parents on Craigslist was highly entertaining (well except for the constant interruptions with questions from Mike & Rob.). But what was really funny was that after recording Friday's show earlier in the week and saying in that recording that they were live from Krappy's studio and mentioning that it was Friday several times, Oscar tells his snowblower story TODAY about spending Friday buying it, desperately trying to get the $700 plus in cash needed to buy it, attempting to get a Task Rabbit person to deliver it once it was bought, then arranging delivery with a BOAD Horde member when there were no task rabbit takers, then using the snowplower for his mom & dad and 5 or so of their neighbors. O'Meara also let the cat out of the bag in one of the shows this week AFTER the Friday show had been pre-recorded and Rob & Oscar quickly shut him up. Or maybe I'm wrong and Oscar was just in two pkaces at one time!

Yes, everything you said is valid. They pulled back the curtain on the pre-taped Friday show on Thursday, which was taped after the Friday show, with no mention of why LFF wasn't there on "Friday", which was revealed (mammogram) on Thursday, further polluting the failcast web of lies, which makes the whole thing even more ridiculous.

I love when they overcompensate on mentioning the day on those shows that are already "in the can." Reminds me of that old Jerry Seinfeld tape that Don used to make fun of about having to treat the audience like a child. They always slip up which makes the whole exercise futile anyway.
