1.Yup. Same gang of 7 to 11 as usual. / 2. TOP PICTURE - As you can tell from the wrinkles toward the bottom of Oscar's shirt, HIS was tucked in right up until the picture was taken. The new rule must be to un-tuck because Mike undoubtedly is...and why flaunt your non-obesity in pictures with Mike? / 3. BOAD is going to have to skew older if Oscar's gonna be sportin' that hairline. He's definitely looking NOT 27 anymore.

4. BOTTOM PICTURE - Not only is LFF huge as ever, his damn HEAD IS SHRINKING, it looks like. / 5. So, Mike will dye his hair for the TV interview, but NOT for his closet full of adoring fans? What gives with that?

I stop by the Mad Fox every now and again as part of my happy hour rotation. That crowd looks pretty typical, with a little more standing room than usual. So at any given time during the meet and greet there might have been 5-10 more people there than if TMOS had not been there. And I'm being VERY generous with that estimate.
They did not "pack the house" when it is usually packed to begin with.

THIS explains why THIS venue was picked. Every City, no matter how pea-picker, has a place that's pretty regularly jumpin'. They did the deal* with this Mad Fox joint because the crowd was ALREADY THERE. Hell, Robb showing up would look like a score for TMOS.




* "Deal," meaning that if you go back to Mad Fox tonight, most all of the staff is wearing ESSADEE and "Fat Baby" T-Shirts.

Poor Mad Fox didn't consider the lingering smell when they agreed to have TMOS on their premises.

Okay, maybe they "packed" the Mad Fox. But explain this appearance at the "Superstars in Their Own Minds" convention in Leeesburg earlier this year.

I ventured out at peekza's request (compensated, of course) to assay the turnout and the "state of the weight" last night. As to the latter, Robb clearly in the lead at about 340, with RoFo and Mike "neck and neck," though I would say Mike would "Edge" him out for runner-up. I believe RoFo is honest when he says he's 291. I used to be a cattle buyer, so my estimates should be good.

Never been to Mad Fox before, so can't comment on the regular weeknight crowd but I assume a fair number of Glover Park entitled humps hit it up for happy hour/dinner. There were upstairs and back dining rooms not pictured in the photos -- no TMOS folks or fans in those spots. Present: RoFo, Mac, Carla, Shannon, Jimmy, ToMo and his +1. Heard Carla's mom didn't make it. Don't know if interns were there. Didn't see My Little Pony but he could have been standing sideways and I missed him. Yep, well done. 25-30 isn't a bad turnout, but honestly, a free meet and greet that was promoted for weeks and weeks should have drawn a bigger crowd. I guess though, when you've gone to these before and Mike and Robb treat you like you are some weird stalker for wanting to say hello, you would stop going.

Was listening to an old D&M show from 2006. They had Super Dave on (not the real Super Dave, their slow listener who they deemed Super Dave) to play matchgame. Mike got jealous of the retard listener and almost went into a full Mike tailspin.

Started when they both gave "Alzheimers" as an answer and Mike spelled it wrong while the retard listener spelled it right. Which, by itself, is fucking pathetic. Then the tard listener kept getting big laughs while Mike's answers were horrible and not funny.

Mike made numerous self loathing comments about how he's off his game and Dave threw him for a loop. It was so fucking pathetic.

In the next segment Don explained that Mike immediately inhaled a bag full of candy once the commercials hit. He's a fat, drunken child. Seriously. He stopped emotionally maturing at 5.

I'm sure the reason Oscar WAS working the room was that he wanted to be out of LFF's earshot when people would say to him "The Mike O'Meara Show sucks, but I LOVE you on BOAD."

Just to clarify: by 'tard,' I'm referring to Super Dave, not AU alumnus, Mike.

Rooms are easy to work...especially if people are coming up to you. Mike and Robb really are lazy. They can't spend three hours meeting and greeting at "a meet and greet?" They were done at 9 and had the rest of the evening to drink and ignore people.

No wonder the Failcast audience keeps shrinking.
