That was nowhere near the worst one. The worst one was her total inability to describe what the office of VP, an office she was running for at the time she said this, is supposed to do.

She sounds like this guy I interviewed last week, that had many "certifications" on his resume but little experience.

When asked, please name the layers of the OSI model and give examples of each. He replied, By OSI model , could you be more specific?
