Macauley Caulken!!!! Come on! The kid was super fucking funny! Kevin McCalister, the kid from Uncle Buck, the kid who dies in My Girl! It's just super sad his parents got greedy and made him do super gay movies like the Pagemaster, Richy Rich, but some of those movies he might have done just to get the thought of MJ's penis out of his mind

The greatest child star of all times is Shirley Temple. She was the Babe Ruth of child stars.

If you are talking about the greatest talent of all time, it would be Judy Garland.

If you are talking about the best child star to be a great talent as a child and as an adult and to have successfully made the transition between the two, it would be Jody Foster.

You folks don't realize how great Margaret O'Brian was, she won a special Juvenile Oscar. She had the ability at a very young age to fein a French accent very convincingly. Also, Mickey Rooney was up there.

Is that they grow up and lose that cuteness. Take for example the entire Brady Bunch clan, with the exception of Cindy and maybe Jan they grewup into average kids. Exceptions would be Natalie Wood, Judy Garland, and Elizabeth Taylor. Kids like Jerry Mathers, the Walton brood, especially Jim Bob and the red headed kid got goofy looking with age.
