Just got a job offer as a financial analyst/budget analyst for Accenture. How much should a job like this pay?

Average salary for that position nationwide with accenture is $58,767, according to glassdoor.com. In the DC area it comes up to $59,333 with $49K on the low end and $76K on the high end.

Don't ask for 64K you never get the job ask for 5K more than what you are making today. If you don't have a job ask for 30k. Get hired first, not fired first.

Have you checked Glassdoor? http://www.glassdoor.com

Check to see if people have posted salaries for that position. It can give you an idea of what they pay.

Salary averages are always skewed....look for median salary data, it is much more realistic.

If you are looking for Federal jobs, just go to USAJOBS.com and look at the pay grades they are hiring at for budget analysts.
