Go ape over things like sweet tea, moonpies, or RC cola? I can understand sweet tea, and maybe RC cola, but why the moonpies, what's so great about them? They are kinda cheap and tacky, low bred you might say.

true....but at regular restaurants in this area, as a matter of course, tea is not sweetened. You have to go south for that.

I agree though, moon pies do suck. They are always dry and stale tasting.

Are OK. I like whoppie pies. similar to moonpies two circular devil's food cake with fluffy filling, like a round Devil Dog, only thicker.

I loved moon pies when I was a kid. I think they suck now.
