The pizza is thin, more flavor enhanced. Also they don't bother with that nonsense about washing your hands all the time, that adds a lot of beneficial bacteria to the yeast that would have been disinfected, those anti-bacterial soaps don't differentiate between good and bad germs and bacteria and pathogens.
