admins from any website can see the ip addresses of anyone who visits it. also admins from a different website can also see, if for example an img is embedded on a webpage and the actual image is stored on a server that you own. you can trace the ip's of everyone who visits the page that the image or object was embedded. from that perspective you wouldn't necessarily know who was who...it would just show all of the ip's. however in a forum like 4lulz and ffu, when you register your name, or post in the forum, your ip is listed and anyone with admin abilities can see your ip.
