To call a punk a redneck is a compliment.

Time for bed, Emo.

I only like The Bad Brains when they start doing reggae..the punk rocking material is not interesting to me.

Alias, what is your favorite Bad Brains album?

when punk rock songs get stupid short, like a minute and thirty seconds short, that's where I check out. A song is two and a half minutes at least....maybe two minutes and fifteen seconds....any less is just silly....you might as well play "shave and a haircut, two bits" at that point.

The Ramoneys were seriously an untalented group of young people who literally did not know how to play their instruments, and I have a big problem with them becoming famous and liked by people because they really were, simply, a bunch of not very intelligent boys who did not know anything at all about music, whatsoever. They were terrible. You don't like the Romoneys music, you like them the same way you like lava lamps....and members only jackets.....it's not about anything more than that. You understand what I'm saying.

you can put Herbie Hancock's Maiden Voyage in a time capsule along with The Ramones song about sniffing glue, and 3,000 years from now, Maiden Voyage will be able to be understood and enjoyed in itself, without any context. The glue sniffing song would require context, some cliffs notes or a short history lesson on why exactly that was appreciated at the time, before it would ever have a chance of being appreciated on any level by future listeners. In itself, The Ramones music is worthless and basically not music at all. So there you go.

boss choices Alias. Those are some boss sounds. I'm impressed. Extremely. Did you ever hang out with HR? You know HR, Alias? Is he a nice guy?

did you ever meet Bucket from The Toasters when you lived in Boo York's Shitty? They played CGBB's back in the days. The Toasters have been around since about 1981, believe that or refuse to believe it. So have some respect.
