Why do people dress up at the gym

I've seen girls with makeup and earings on,Why don't they wear sweatpants? I've seen guys in bandanas and shirts with sleeves ripped off

Some people take pride in how they look and don't want to walk around looking like shit.

Why do some poeple look like shit in the grocery store?

Maybe some people are looking to hook up. There are definitely the chicks who are all gussied up and don't really work out. They are clearly there more for the social aspect. I'm a cutoff t-shirt and basketball shorts kinda guy - get in, work out, and leave - I have shit to do.

I think gym game is the most difficult of all game. Its kind of an awckward place to start a conversation unless your doing Pilates or Zumba an regular basis.

Yeah some people get gussied up but most people are also involved in their "routines" and just dont want to be botherd.

Depends on the gym, some are ritzier then others. I mean if it cost big bucks to join, the clientele will have more expensive, it's the nature of the beast. Hard core no nonsense gyms have the usual sweats and Ts. The YMCA is pretty much the same.
