The Route 7 East onramp to I66 was completely shut down around 7AM... lotsa big tree branches down around Tysons...

it's the damn epa bullshit that's caused this. they are all "you are using too much power! boohoo!" so you see, i just shutdown all those servers and now they will regret their actions! also the epa site was hosted on one of my servers. :P
