Can a person make it without a license?

Do you think a person can survive in Virginia without having driving privileges? Like if you lived in a subdivision far from a metro station or bus stop?

Doubtful. Suburbia is not that traffic friendly.

When I was younger I lived in Arlington. There you could go without a car. But living in Chantilly...Very tough.
