Best time to listen to Carbon Based Lifeform?

What is the right time to listen to CBL?

I tried when going to bed but when the awsome stmospheric music starts playing then drum beats kick in and wakes me up a bit more to be more alert.

Kinda like a quiet storm of alertness.

Wish some of the tunes had no drums so I could just space out.
