Ever try this when you are very sick?

Ever since I was a small child and I got sick or got the flu I would be in bed and pretend to be at the south pole bottom of earth to really make myself feel as if I could fall away from the bed.

THe sensation is more dramatic when sick.

cant feel it much when not sick. no idea why.
