How come some fat men have no ass?

I've seen a few big fat men with absolutely no ass. Flat, like a board, what causes this strange phenomenum?

They do have an ass. It is usually not visible due to there stomach and thighs and bcak being so huge. The ass kind of gets lost around all the other blubber.

They sweat alot on the ass and the sweat gets channeled down through the crack of their ass, like a cascade resulting in fungus on the scrotum. Sweat loss = fat loss
