I think Herman is a big dummy, but his frustration in the video is understandable. Reporters can be aggressive.

I agree Biden was wrong with what he said a little bit ago with the crime stats, but that's not what the guy asking the question in that video was talking about. He wasn't asking if he got the numbers wrong, I mean. He was asking about him using a "rape reference to describe Republican opposition to the president's bill." He certainly has never said "Republicans are raping America if they don't pass this bill.

Joe Biden has been wrong with 90% of the stuff he's spewed out of his mouth. President Obama isn't embarrassed when Biden puts a stupid gaff out there or tries to act like a bad ass.
