Four score and seven years ago Cary brought forth on us a useless page, full of filth, where not only can one man and one woman coexist but they could also flame one another with disregard of Mr Misery and his pure childlike feelings. Now we are upon a great war, where good and evil shall battle and Al Gore will be the gatekeeper as he once provided us with this great world wide of web, so he shall be the chosen one to taketh away.

He's referring to Gravis' marvelous Ignore Script, which is discussed here: http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/40/322370/370053.html#msg-370053

There is an ignore user module for Phorum, but Cary would have to download and install it.
